Performance problem for Mac OS 12.0.1

Animate v22.0 & Media Encoder v22.0 are not optimized for macOS Monterey Version 12.0.1. Software launching is taking a lot of time and, I am not able to open two or three files in Animate v22.0 , and it is also hanging and taking restart again and again, which is causing me a lot of problem in working please solve immediately
