Playback is lagging

New Here ,
Oct 23, 2018 Oct 23, 2018

So i started to use animate cc again

And it was working just fine

There was no lag at all but then the more i used animate the playback started to lag and skipping frames and in order for me to see the actual animation i would have to test it.

I dont mind it too much but it wasnt doing that before, it played it smoothly.

Is there any way i can clean the cache i feel like that may be the problem but im not sure.

I am not sure if this issue is related, but can you have a look at the following post? Audio Freezing/skipping frames in timeline

If that did not help, I suggest trying the following:

Reset preferences: Re-create preferences

Do a clean install of the software after uninstalling with CC cleaner: Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

Finally, if nothing helps, please contact our support team using this link Contact Customer Care

Thanks,
