When I export video from Animate CC, the media encorder opens but nothing appears in it. Nor is its file created anywhere in the storage.
When I export video from Adobe Premiere Pro, it gets exported to media recorder perfectly.
But there is a problem in exporting from animate cc.

You didn't change the output folder in your video, you just changed the file name. Try saving to the Desktop like I mentioned. If you did it right, it should say so in the Output section of the export panel:
Another thing I noticed is you're using version 2021... there was a bug in ver. 21.0.9 where Media Encoder failed to respond and load the video. Make sure both Animate and Media Encoder are updated.

It is not updated....this is still Animate 2021, I can tell by the UI.
Go to Help > About Animate and paste a screenshot of your version number.
