Publish Profile does not retain list of embedded files in AIR publish settings

Hello there.

It would be great if also other parameters could be retained by publish profile:

- Export file name

- Certificate/provisioning

- Especially: list of embedded files and folders

Since you are working to add Android 64 for HARMAN, would be a great moment to apply these improvements.
