Random Black bar glitch in Adobe Animate UI.

For some reason, in Adobe Animate CC 2018 (the newest version) there is a random black bar on the side of my scene panel. Even if I zoom in, it doesn't disappear and just stays there. Is there a way to fix this? (I use Mac OS High Sierra, and the newest version of Animate CC)

i see that black vertical rectangle but i also see what looks like 29% mag (which doesn't make sense).  but if there's really a problem with your display, change your workspace (window>workspace>).
