recover files?

just worked for the past couple hours on an animation, did test movie and accidentally clicked "no" on the save..my settings are on autosave for every 20 minutes but there is no recovery file. is there any possible way to get this file back?

i went in the /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Animate CC 2019/en_US/configuration and i didn't see it there either..

(im on a macos mojave)

this is from colin holgate,

start a new Untitled FLA, set the auto save to 1 minute, and over a minute later I Force Quit Flash Pro. When I opened Flash Pro again I was offered the chance to open the recovery file, and it shows the location.
