Is there a way to undo or remove the auto lip sync on my frames, or is it a totally destructive workflow?

Lip sync is not a destructive workflow, it just adds appropriate keyframes on the selected layer and sets the first frame of the selected graphic symbol as per the analysed audio layer.

You can undo it to go back to previous state. Or, manually select all the newly added keyframes, right click and select 'Clear Keyframe'.

Am checking with the team. Will get back as soon as I hear from them.

Thanks,

Preran
