Greetings,

I'm new to Adobe Animate, and I was wondering if anyone knows how to recreate the Rocket Ship asset.
I'm just fascinated by how smooth the animation is. I mean, it rotates just like it's 3D but it's not as far as I believe (I might be wrong).

Thank you

looking at that more carefully, it doesn't even look like they're rotating/moving anything in 3d space other than the fins and window.

hide all the layers but one to see what the animator creator did.

animate doesn't support 3d objects, but it does support moving 2d objects through 3d space.

to see its animation (and how its done), double click your on-stage rocket graphic.

That's exactly why it looked so fascinating. I was completely amazed by it. Also, here, lemme attach a screenshot.

I see, it's all just an illusion that is made by rotating the fins and window around the rocket body to make it look like the whole thing is rotating in 3D space.

Thank you, that was really helpful 😄
