scale bitmap from its belly

hi,

i have a bitmap and i want to scale it in a different way. i will scale its belly, i.e. its middle part, top and bottom parts will be same. you can see the image below, this is what i want to do. it can be by code or tool in flash professional.

First you need pres CTR + B to Break Apart then right click over the image and select "Envelope"
