So i've been working on this for a day. And I am trying to export the sprite sheet. However the glow/alpha won't work?

Hi, frame color effects and filters do not render in the spritesheet generator. It's a known issue, report it here:

https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html

The workaround is to convert the symbol to movie clip and apply the filters at object level, on the movie clip itself rather than the frame.
