Hi everybody!

I have a terrible issue, I will try to explain it the best way.

1. I receive a file with the lay out, bg, characters, you already know.

2. I open it and make the actions for the animation of the shot

3. I have autosave enabled, but anyway I am saving every time. I noticed that everytime I do save, the autosave files disapear

4. I finish the shot, publish the swf, save and shut it.

One or tow days later I go to open the file and it is like the first time I open it, even with the same hour I opened for the fist time

It was happened to me 3 times and I am sick of this. Now I am making a rar with every file after saving it and before shuting, but I am terrified about find all my files like if nobody worked on them!! Lot of lost working hours.

I tried to reset preferences and I couldn't. I tried to find any autosave hidden folder and I didn't find any recovery files.

I have the last version of CC 22.0.5 and Windows 10.

Can someone help me?

Thanks in advance.

That sounds annoying! Some basic questions (apologies in advance)...
When you are sent these files, how are they being delivered?
What directory are you saving them to?
Are these files on any kind of shared drive (dropbox, google drive, etc)?

Your screenshot looks a lot like Dropbox or similar and I suspect there's a syncing issue taking place. I highly recommend downloading a local version of the file, working, saving, and then uploading to the shared drive.
