Sound in Symbol doesn't play (CC 19.0)

In Animate CC (19.0, Windows) I added a WAV sound to the timeline of a Graphic Symbol.
The sound doesn't play when exported the animation to a video (mp4, mov) or swf.

It plays wel in the Symbol's timeline, but not at all in the root timeline.

Am I doing something wrong, or is it time for a bug report?

Yeah this seems to be a bug. The audio needs to be brought to the top layer and it should work.

Yeah this seems to be a bug. The audio needs to be brought to the top layer and it should work.
