Stage problem animate 2020

I can't view the stage  ...it's like a white big screen hiding my layers

    Make sure the layers' visibility are set to "on" and also check that Outline mode is not active.

    Thank you for your answer, i already restart and reinstall Adobe animate that look in second picture when i start the program even the stage color not visable ,i draw on the layer and i can see it when i hold down and move the stage but when i release it disappear again
