SWF files not having correct icon/file association in file explorer

I am using the most recent version of Adobe Animate (2023) and when I publish an swf file, it does not have the correct file icon in the file explorer due to not having a file association. Does anyone have a fix for this?

I meant like the icon for the swf file itself not the file explorer icon sorry I worded it weird.

same answer.  your file system assigns icons which you can change.

Associate the .swf extension to the Flash Player that comes with Animate. Here's where it's located on Windows:

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Animate 2023\Players\FlashPlayer.exe
