SWF with external data conversion to video format

Hi all,

I'm creating a multilanguage video. User selects language, logo, etc, all external data would be stored in XML or JSON file.

So my question is if it's possible to create such video with external data and convert it to youtube friendly video format on the fly without loosing quality?

I tried screen recorders, but I loose quality. Tried many SWF converters, but with no luck.
