I can't find how to create classic text. Help

there is no more 'classic text' option because it's your only option.  ie, the tlf text option has been deprecated (=removed).

there is no such option in animate.  that was part of the tlf text feature that was last supported on flash cs6.

you can install flash cs6 using your cc subscription.  just past the 1/2 point down the page is a walk-through showing how to install previous versions, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/download-install-app.html
