The main tool bar at the top of the Animate window is missing (not there)

The main tool bar at the top of the Animate window is missing (not there). Any one else have this problem?

Are you referring to the stage edit tools at the top of the stage window or the toolbar window? In either case, the toolbar can be toggled on or off from the Window menu. The stage window can be reset from the contextual menu at the upper right corner of the stage window. This menu has the name of the current window style in use, "Essentials", for instance.
