Translate Tell a Friend Script to Actionscript

I have attached the html "button code".
I know I don't need the <img> tag... nor do I need the html comment tags; But my attempts to call a javascript from my .swf are all failing. Can any kind soul translate this to Actionscript 2 for me?

(Note: http://www.freetellafriend.com/tell/?u=3861 was changed to http://www.freetellafriend.com/tell/?u=38ref in the first response to my message. I've been changing it back to u=3861. Could that have anything to do with this?)

I've reverted back to the original suggestion, but changed the 38ref to 3861ref. I'm still not there. Can any kind soul help? Again?
