Trouble with Flash player 32 to export video from Adobe Animate

Hello everyone, I am trying to convert a project I made in Adobe Animate into a video, but I am having trouble since I get warning output saying that "This movie uses features that are not supported in the Flash Player 32 player". So I cannot convert the file. Please help!

Embedded H.264 video does not get exported. If you want to put an animation over an existing video, use Adobe Premiere or After Effects, and have the video in a lower layer, and export the animation from Animate with the stage transparency option selected. Then put that into another layer, and render everything to a new video file.
