Trouble with stroke size and zoom

Hello.

I don't know why the stroke size gets smaller as I zoom in. I watched some tutorials, it doesn't happen with them it just happens with me. 

 

please look at the photos. How do I fix this?

You can always go to modify>shape>convert lines to fills. That should prevent it from changing on zoom.

Select the strokes you want, go to the Properties panel > Color and Style > Scale

and choose Normal.

you mean you're questioning why the strokes around the eyes do NOT scale?
