Trying to Get "Sync Symbols to Timeline" Extension

Hi, I'm trying to get the "Sync Symbols to Timeline" extension but the Adobe add-on site doesn't seem to have it anywhere. Does anyone know where I can get this extension?

I tried the one from Ajar Productions » Flash/Animate Extension: Sync Symbols to Timeline and it worked. I installed using ZXPInstaller .
