Urgent Help Needed for to recover my keyframes

Hi All,

I have recently started learning Animate CC, I worked for more than a week on a project and while doing some timeline changes I removed the first keyframe from my timeline.Now, I can see all the layers available in my Timeline but no keyframe is there to view or work with the content of these layers which I created ( there are no dots in the frame 1 of the timeline if I try to insert keyframe I can only see hollow dots.

Guys, please help me to get back my layers contents into the keyframe, this is never expected from Adobe products in which without any warning you could lose all your work just by a single click.

Please help ASAP folks, I will be really grateful to you guys.
