urgent html5 banner problems!

Hi everyone, I'm new to html5 and I've created a html5 banner and zipped file with all relevant files. I've sent it to the publishers to test and they are coming back with an error.

"The HTML5 bundle contains a broken relative file refernce(s): libs/createjs-2015.11.26.min.js"

Now, the file mentioned is included in the files I sent across to them, does anyone know what this means?

Also, the have asked the following question "Is it possible to export that as an ad tag that runs HTML5?" I don't know what this means!!!!

Any help much appreciated!!

About the Ad Tag question, is this what you are referring to? Animate CC - clickTag implementation

The error message looks like that the file isn't present at the location. Have you provided the correct path to the file?

Hi, thanks for this but no it’s not clicktag, that is added and working fine. its ad tag, but I don’t know what that is, I was hoping someone could help but seems not! Thanks anyway

Thanks for these, however, I'm having no problems creating html5 banners for google doubleclick, its everything else. Is this not possible from Adobe animate?
