Vertical frame orientation?

I want to know if adobe animate can be set to have a vertical frame orientation? I have a couple hundred Fresco generated  vertical jpegs quick exported to the cloud, which I want to use for frame by frame animation. Of course most animation has a horizontal orientation  but is there a way to have a vertical orientation?

Could you set the stage width and height to match what you need?

Thanks for replying. I do not know the program. If it will work for what  have in mind I want to buy it? A couple animation and video editing programs  looked at only do horizintal. So your are saying one can set the stage width and height as you like and the resulting animation will have whichever orientation and size you choose?

I will be happy to mark tour nswer as correct with some assurance that this adjustment can be made in Adobe animate.
