Video cannot be played

Hi, it will be a pleasure if anyone can answer me. Currently, I'm doing my assignment which we need to make an interactive application using adobe animate. I need to publish it into format .exe. I as a compiler didn't have any problem using the application but when I send the file to my friend, unfortunately, the video that has been included not display at all.

is the video displayed in a component?  if so, you'll need to send the video too because it's being loaded.

if you want everything in one exe file, import the video to a timeline.

I have another issue. I have insert background sound at main page, but when I go to another page and click the back button which will go to main page again, the sound will be double. I've tried using this actionscript:

backBtn.addEventListener(MouseEvent.CLICK, fl_ClickToStopAllSounds_2);

function fl_ClickToStopAllSounds_2(event:MouseEvent):void
{
SoundMixer.stopAll();
}

but then error. it say access of undefined property SoundMixer.

My friend just do the same thing but nothing wrong.  While me it have an error.

that code would not cause a problem in an as3 project.

click file>publish settings>and tick "permit debugging".  re-test.

the error message will include the timeline and frame and line number of the problematic code.  double check that location to see if it's some other code and some other error message.  if you're still baffled, insert* a screenshot of the more detailed error message.

you would need to embed the video in an animate timeline.

so do i need to export the video as flv or use the first option of exporting the video

you'll need an flv to import into animate's timeline

what video file type?
