Video components not playing! - URGENT

Hi all,

Be hugely thankful if somebody could help me out on the following issue, with a deadline looming large!

I'm very new to both Adobe Animate and HTML. I've created a bunch of ad units, I've included a video component, linking to a URL, however when I either publish or preview them the video doesn't play. Yet the video seems to be there as I can right click on the ad unit in the browser and click open video in new window and it will play in a new window. Autoplay is clicked in the component parameters, so it's not that, any suggestions please?

    Just in terms of a free site that I can upload them to so that you can view them?

    you're not showing enough.

    upload your html and js files to a server and post a link so they can be viewed in a browser.

    Thanks for getting back to me. How do I check for the error within the browser? The video also fails to play on any browser. And I've tried different links, youtube, Vimeo. Still doesn't play, only if I then right click on the ad, open video in new window

    open the deveopers console.
