Want to desactivate Adobe Flash

Hello,

My question is not really about Adobe Animate CC but Adobe Flash CS4 (I didn't find a forum about this version). I want to desactivate flash CS4 on my PC to give the software to a friend. When I ask to desactivate the software I can see after few minutes the following message :

"Can't find internet connexion ... check your internet connexion .. proxy ..." My internet connexion is OK and I can connect to my adobi account. I stopped the firewall but I didn't succeed to disable the software.
