how to change instance name for warped object in Adobe Animate?
bottomline: you can't and it's irrelevant (because you can't reference it in code).
but you convert it to, for example, a movieclip and assign it an instance name. (but the object on the movieclip's timeline will still have the default instance name.)
i don't understand what you are doing.
i'm going to show you what i'm doing.
at the start of untitled-2.fla, i created this one warped object and tweened it. the other 3 layers were added latter and are explained below.
then in untitled-1.fla, i created a warped object and tweened it:
you can see they both have the default instance name WarpedAsset_1
then i coped the layer in untitled-1.fla and pasted it into untitled-2.fla
you can see it was given a different instance name
...correct, right click over a layer>click copy layers.
to open a panel you do not currently see, click window and then any panel you want to be visible:

It should be correct if I'll can to rename instance name for warped object ещ exclude replacement of objects in case of copy-pasting frames of animated warped object from one document to another

I mean that I run "copy frames" command in one document on the layer with animation which made by using warped object, and then, run command "paste frames" on the blank keyframe in timeline of another document - I have to choice to replace object (warped object) or don't replace - if I dont replace it - I have to lost my animation ( but miraculously warped object is copied at the first keyframe, allthough at the second and folowing keyframes - don't). This is sence why I want to rename the instance name of warped object in hope this will help me.

i don't see a problem.
create a classic tweened warped object in document 1.
create a classic tweened warped object in document 2.
copy the layer with from document 1 and paste into document 2.

Thank you for yor responce. In my case it works exactly as it work with symbols with same names in pasting and replacing ( or not), but we can't rename warped object. This is the problem. I maked some screens as example.

So, I understand there is no solution at this time

i don't know why you're having a problem. i can copy and paste the layer containing classic tweened warped objects, and i can copy and paste the frames containing classic tweened warped objects.
when i do either of the above, i see no library conflict message. and renaming prior to moving wouldn't solve that because you can rename (like your screenshot shows) and not replace other library symbols.
in addition, the instance name is irrelevant to library conflicts. it's the symbol name that has to be unique (or placed in folder where that name is unique) to prevent library conflicts.

Sorry for boring, but: warped object is not showed in the library in the document. (Why? And where it's stored then?). Allthough I'm promted to replace the object. But his behavior is the same as others symbols in editing and tweening. Instance name of warped object is the same as the nmane of warped object. Is there too many quosions, I seem it as an conflict or bug or unanderstanding in application.

then in untitled-1.fla, i created a warped object and tweened it:

then i coped the layer in untitled-1.fla and pasted it into untitled-2.fla
you can see it was given a different instance name (by animate), but it does not appear in the library.
then i tried just copying the frames from untitled-1 and pasting those frames into a new layer in untitled-2
you can see it was not given a different instance name.
then copied the layer (again) in untitled-1 and pasted into untitled-2:
and you can see it was given a unique instance name (though somewhat unusual in that there's a copy 1 and copy 3, but no copy 2).
p.s. the instance names would be logical IF the copy and pasted frames had generated a WarpedAsset_1 copy 2 instance name. but there is no such instance name.
p.p.s. spaces in user created object instance names is not allowed by animate, so i'm not sure why animate does it automatically.
p.p.p.s. testing shows everything working as expected.
and in my untitled-2.fla library i only have the original warped asset created in step 1. ie, none of the warped objects from untitled-1.fla are in the untitled-2.fla library:

Oh, thank you for attention... Interesting. How you copied layer? I suppose it's not "copy frames" command on the R mouse button, right? Ind one question yet: how you have this library tab ( and I haven't)?
Tnank you!

Oh, sorry I see, this is regular Library and there is the bitmap. I checked at preferences to not be converted shape in bitmap and it seems so all works a bit different with nonconverted vector in warped object
