Hello, when using adobe animate application, when I ctrl+s to save my project and I want to use ctrl+enter feature, the application freezes and closes. I cannot save my project because it is closed and I have to start the project from the beginning every time. This situation is a waste of time for me, I want this error to be resolved

Can you explain your exact steps? I've read your post 3 times and I still don't understand your process.
You say to ctrl+s to save your project, then press ctrl+enter resulting in an application crash that somehow reverts your document to a state before the last save command. Never heard of this as a practice by anyone but also, it doesn't make sense how it somehow ignores the last save command and reverts back to when the doucment was created.
I'm sure I have misunderstood what you are doing to cause this. When you press ctrl+s and it saves, what happens when you close the document and re-open it? In other words, don't press ctrl+enter.

For example, I use animate for 15 minutes and save 2 times in 15 minutes. On my 3rd save, the saving screen appears and the application gives an error. The next time I open Animate, I return to where I saved the 2nd time. This problem also occurs when Animate autosaves.

Afew questions to further understand what's happening.
Is it always on the third save that your Animate crashes?
Does it also crash if you save from the File menu?

No, after saving my project for the first time, sometimes it crashes and the program crashes. I always use the ctrl+s shortcut to save my project, I've never done a save any other way before. Sometimes the program crashes when I do ctrl+enter. When I do ctrl+enter, I can see the preview of my project without exporting it. I use ctrl+enter for this. When I encounter this error and want to open my project back, the name of the project changes like this RECOVER_RECOVER_project name

It's not a good idea to save on top of recovery files. Please make a manual save first by going to File > Save As (and name your file also). If the program crashes and a recovery file opens up, don't save with Ctrl+S or else you're just overwritting the recovery file, not your actual file if that makes sense. Manually save on your original file first or a version of it, this is only needed when opening from recovery after a crash; you can keep using CTRL+S afterwards.
Saving on recovery files forces Animate to make a copy, and if you save on the recovery copy then it will make a copy of the copy, then a copy of the copy of the copy and so on. Don't do that, or you'll end up with ridiculous situations like this:
