Why does it lag so much?

Hi,

My specs are i5 6500, 8gb ddr4 ram, gtx 1050 ti and i still lag when i undo, redo or use the paint brush tool any suggestions to fix? i also contacted an adobe staff though chat about a week ago they said it will take them 48 hours at most but they still haven contacted me yet. ._.

    I've noticed lots of lag when there are many symbols being displayed. If this is your specific problem, you can hide layers that you're not currently editing.
