Why doesn't animate have a graphite pencil tool?

I'd like to give my animations a classic 2D animation feel with a pencil paper look. Why doesn't animate have this option? I love the pencil in TVpaint however, like animating with adobe animate more.

Is there any way to emulate an actual pencil? Thank you.

Because Animate is vector-based, not bitmap-based.

So there's no way to replicate a pencil effect?

Hi.

You can use the Paint Brush Tool (Y) and choose some of the artistic presets or maybe create a custom one.

Regards,

JC
