Wonky Workspace

The workspace on animate went wonky after i pasted something from illstrator on to it the oard size is full HD. Can anyone help me get it back to normal it does it every time i make a new one

press escape key. if that fails to do what you want it should at least show the menu bar where you can:

click window>workspaces>and select one.

As it turns out ut of habit i was doing the pinching motion on my track pad to zoom and hadnt realized that this is a simlar motion to the one used to rotate the artboard
