yall i need some serious help

so basically ive been workin on this lil animation for over a month and one day i open it back up and it says (what the picture says). the orginal file and the recovery file dont work. please let me know if theres a solution for this.

Sorry, mate, your file's gone and you have lost your work.

To prevent this from happening again, learn to make backups and save versions of your file as you go.

If you at least have a SWF, you can try to import it back into Animate or decompile it.
