Hello Flash CS4 , CS6 user here. I was wondering if I could get some help by posting here. okay so There's plugin called FLASHWHIP-FramesToSymbol. It makes frames to symbol. Yea I really need this plugin right now...Or is there anything similar?

Just use Timeline Block To Symbol instead.

If you want to do that, then you got to make a new symbol and copy the frames there. if you want the frames you copied to change into that symbol, then go ask PhantomArcade for that plugin. He is the creator of FNF and he used something like that in a lip sync tutorial.
