is there a way to load an external video in a movieclip? video must be loaded and playing in  loop

If very short, you can do it with an image sequence.

and you can load a video, add a listener for when it ends and then reload it, and you can... . there are a number of ways that can be used to handle this depending on circumstances.

how you handle this depends on whether this is canvas or as3, the video's location relative to your production file(s) and load times vs file size.  and maybe some other factors.
