Anyone available to convert a video to screensaver (.scr)

Hi guys,

I have been struggling to find software that can convert a MP4 file into a .SCR file.

I am not will to purchase the sofware for $399.

Anyone who has the software willing to assist urgently. Please let me know soonest.
