Cant Use Paint Bucket
Im simply trying to fill in a shape, when i use the paint bucket tool to click inside my shape it does nothing.
The fill and stroke seems to be locked.
What am i missing here?

There are many possibilities.
Make sure the shape is editable, and if it's a group or a component, you need to break it, ctrl+b
Check that the layer is locked
Whether the fill color is transparent or not filled
See if there is a disconnect in the drawn drawing.
Paint the bucket, fill in the big gap, and then try
