Creating Scrolling Animations

Hello Adobe Community,

I'm looking to do some complex scrolling animations. What's the best program to use? It seems as though I'd like to use Edge Animate. I gather it's not being supported anymore. Should I dive into Edge even though it's not being supported? I heard that Animate (flash) is now supported in Muse. I gather that the animations won't scroll yet. Would it be easier to go the coding rout with Dreamweaver?

Thanks,

Hi,

Muse scroll effects functionality does work with Animate created animations (OAM).

You can create your animation in Animate CC and then upload the animation to CC Library.

The same animation can then be used in Muse where you can set the desired scroll effects.

Will the animation start and stop with the scrolling? I read something that says it's possible, but I haven't found any good tutorials telling me how to do it and what the limitations are.

Scrolling animations for web pages?

Look at manual coding with jQuery in Dreamweaver or a 3rd party plugin called WOW.js.

use adobe animate if you want to create interactive animations including complex scrolling.  if you want to create videos, use premiere pro.
