Drawing complex shapes using HTML 5 Canvas in Animate CC

Hi everyone, I have to create an interactive soil chart to replace one I made in Flash Years ago in Action Script, only I have to use HTML 5 canvas. It is a data - driven soil chart, so I need to create the chart using code (as opposed to placing vector art on the stage). Does anyone know of a good tutorial on how to draw complex shapes, or any advise out there on the subject?

Thanks - I tried doing some of what was suggested in the URL supplied in Adobe Animate, and it is not working - Does anyone know of a tutorial on how to use createjs with Adobe Animate? I need to draw a data driven chart like a soil chart using html5..
