So I made a animate video with 6 different audio files when I test it in Animate everything works great. Then when I export it as a MOV file and take it into encoder and change it into an MP4 file the first audio clip i have doesnt play. All the other audio is there and the video plays fine but for some reason the first 13 seconds of audio is gone. I have tried Exporting a couple different ways but no change. ANy help would be great Thanks

There used to be a problem where sound on frame 1 wasn't exported. Try moving everything forward 1 frame.

    Hi mate,

To trouble-shoot try to determine if it is just this one audio file that does not export or if it is always the first 13 seconds regardless of the audio file.

If it is just that file, check your source, adjust in an audio application if necessary and update in Animate.

To avoid problems, audio files imported in Animate have to be 44100Hz 16-bit PCM WAV. If any of these parameters is different it could be the source of your troubles.

Also make sure all your audio is set to Stream in the Properties panel.
