Feature request: empty start screen

Sorry, the animated banner advert on the left side of the start screen is really annoying,

if you have to see it every day.

Especially the white flashlight effect is a no go for people with epileptic disease.

Flash cs5 had an option to start with an empty screen.

It would be nice to have an option to turn off this advert.
