Flash CS5 now wants flashresources.dll

Gee, I am getting really frustrated. I am trying to reinstall my Flash CS5. The media encoder encounter multiple errors because it needs 64 bit even though I downloaded the 32 bit. I can live without it. I have been at this all morning. First trying from my CD but that encountered even more errors. Got on Chat and they said try the download. It downloaded completely but in trying to start Flash I get that the flashresources.dll is missing. I am so sick of missing dll's I am ready to tear my hair out. There are many threads out there on this problem but no solutions.

Does anyone have a solution? I am told to reinstall but I have been through this reinstall business and it does not replace missing dll's.

Sorry. I managed to fix it. When I reinstalled windows Flash was still under windows old. I found the file there under configuration and copied it and a bunch of other missing files over to the current windows. Now it works so far.
