How to implement HTML5 Canvas animations in Blocs or RapidWeaver?

Hi all,

I've created eight HTML5 Canvas animations using Adobe Animate and now I'd like to add them to my website. I was using Blocs (web authoring tool for Mac) for web development, but adding the animations (via the HTML Widget plugin in Blocs) didn't work. One of the folks from the Blocs forum looked into it for me and determined that there does appear to be a compatibility issue.

So I switched over to RapidWeaver, where I'm having the same issue. I attempt to integrate an HTML5 Canvas animation into the website via an HTML widget and it doesn't work; I get a black stage.

I'm hoping that one of you out there in Animate-land knows of a workaround for this or can recommend a Macintosh web authoring tool that works very simply and seamlessly at integrating HTML5 Canvas animations from Adobe Animate.

Failing that, I do have a decent Windows 10 box, in case any of you know of the perfect tool, but it's only available for Windows.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Cheers,

   Scott

I am not sure if it is you, but I see a post on the Rapidweaver forum that is similar in nature

I am guessing that you are more likely to receive an answer over there, but I hope to be proved wrong.

Thanks,

Preran
