HTML/CSS in Flash

Hi all,

Can you recommend any AS3 compatible HTML/CSS window component supporting larger set of tags/styles than regular HTMLText field in Flash CS3?

I think HTML/CSS support in Flash is awful. I work on a dynamic Flash website where end user is going to write kind of blog with a few predefined text styles, image formatting, etc. and there is no web editing tool on the market providing such a limited tag/style set as one supported by Flash.

Any ideas?

Hi my friend,

That was not really helpful. At least you would be so kind and let me know what Flax component provide wider tag/styles range than Flash default HTMLText field.

You know - Flex is not a piece of cake. If I am going to invest and buy it I need to be sure this will satisfy all my needs. I have downloaded demo from Adobe website and browsed through Flex built-in components and... still no guess.

Or you eventually think of Adobe Air what is not an option as I need to make a website not stand-alone application.
