I have a character with nested symbols for the eyelids. When the eyes are opened, I use a blank frame. For some reason Animate CC is rendering this white circle when you select the symbol in the final image sequence. How do I turn it off?

This is really quite a curious occurrence, mate
How about you put a little circle with 0% opacity in that frame so that it is not blank?

edit: yeah I think I figured it out!
Really oughta make this an option to turn off... but how exactly were all you animators getting around this before?

Never had this issue before, mate!
It may be a new bug.
I mask the irises in a different way.
