Hmm.. Looks like it's not available anymore. I'd wait for CS5 though to come out. That'll be mid May, a month from now.

You won't find CS4 trials on adobe website anymore.
The CS5 trials will be published shortly.

Most the search engines.... Google I know has the "cache" button you can search then click.. if it not stored any longer you can try Bing, Yahoo, MSN.. etc.. they all have them as well!

"
OP was looking for CS4."
I know. The site had all trials down for a bit, and traditionally the site only has trials for the current version, which is CS5. Which were just added to the site, hence the link. Nowadays the only safe place to find a CS4 trial would be from an old trial disk, and some book CD-ROMs will have a trial on them that you could get from a library.
Regarding where the link was from. The link I added was one that came from the Adobe.com folks - the product page link wasn't working, so they gave us those which would take you directly to the store area of the site to get the trial.

That's not what I said, I said "nowadays" (ie: now that CS5 is up and CS4 is down). When they're there, obviously they're fine.

I'm a girl, didn't make any assumptions about what you might have meant behind whatever words, and I have nothing to do with those teams. I'm here of my own volition, it isn't my job to help on the forums. And for me </thread>.

Only said girl in reference to the "man" thing.
No harm taken, never do and I honestly am not even sure what this is all about! And not sure when I said I wasn't here to help, because pretty sure I said the opposite of that in the previous message. Utterly confused by all of this context-wrangling, and not sure I have anything to add to the thread either. Adieu!

Ok I have CS4 trial on my computer, but when I try and install it nothing pops up. And I would just like CS4 not CS5...

Why would anyone want to use CS3 or CS4 still? I think I know why, but don't do that, that is not right!

I run vista so windows.

I have CS4 on both my Mac and PC.. and CS5 is using less resources on both.... but someone who has never used CS3 wouldn't most likely know the difference and would most likely prefer the new software.
I would hope those who really want to "try" the older version want it for legit reasons!

I have tried 5 but it takes much more of my computers room then 4

@shadowpig, I never said the file was not bigger, I said it did not use as much system resource!
It is not about Adobe not protecting their own product, as you already said, CS5 is already cracked, and since you probably have checked already, I assume that you have downloaded it to.. why else would you know about it? Anyway, if your computer is not updated enough to run CS5 then you obvious can not afford to buy the software so why would you need the trial in the first place! Adobe does not have to let any of us try their software, you should be grateful that they do let us test it out! I wish they would remove the trials, it would cut down on piracy and they could probably drop the price on software and save those who actually purchase it some money!

You make no valid points. I am not going to keep pampering you by responding to stupid post. I hope the mods lock it as it serves no help for anyone! Good Luck!

Thank you Technolux for posting the direct download links for CS4, but they seem to not be working for me. I get nothing but a generic "Resume your Adobe download" screen, and any action from there returns to the current list of downloads.
Is it possible that Adobe has now disabled access thru those links?
A shame, because the project I'm considering will need to share files back and forth with a team currently using CS4. If I do the project, and buy Flash, it also needs to be CS4.

Thank you, I read more carefully this time, and it worked fine. For some
reason, I just made the assumption that Adobe disabled them since I had
already ran into several other broken links from different sources before I
found yours.
Anyway, a great help, and thanks again.
