Is there a way to import a Photoshop smart object to Animate?

I have a photo that is very small. When I enlarge it, it gets blurry. So I converted it to a smart image, and thought I solved the problem. But the whole reason that I needed the photo enlarged was for animation purposes in Animate. When I tried to import the image to stage in Animate, I received this message: "The import did not finish because an unknown error occured."

Is there another way to do this? Or is this just not something that I am not able to do?

How would the Smart Image system prevent a low-res photo from becoming blurry when scaled up? That's part of the resampling system.

Well, whatever you've done, just save it as a JPG and import that into Animate.

Yea, I'm clearly a beginner. I'm working hard to move up from that status. The photo isn't blurry; the enlarged photo was blurry, which is why I converted it.

You fixed it tho. Thank you!!!
