I am targeting IOS and Android Platform, which of the software in the list will be better for native plublishing?

If one of them could add some more code to my existing .fla projects that would be great.

The main reason for flash was design and shape tweens in my projects plus actionscript which was easy and now that I feel comfortable, I dont want to switch.

I always knew that native was the answer, which means Objective-C and Android SDK but I always had a preference for C++, C# and Java even if they don't help much with the sudo command.

One thing that AIR lacks is background process.
