Replay button in a movie clip

I put a replay button in a movie clip.

Everything seems okay when I place the button between 1-23 frames.

But I want to put it in frame 24, which consists of the stop(); command for the movie clip.

The replay button was then malfunctioned when I put it in the frame 24 that with the stop command.

Is it the stop command that also stops the function of other scripts?

Can anyone please help me?
