Using brush tool

Brush cannot change fill and stroke, only brush shape under properties. Fill and Stroke is greyed out. (Ex. I cannot use anything in the brush library)

if that happens with all your fla files, reset your preferences -

flash:  http://helpx.adobe.com/flash/kb/re-create-preferences-flash-professional.html

    (or remove Win:  C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Adobe\Animate CC <version>\ and

                                  C\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Animate\<version>\

                        Mac:   /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/<Animate CC version>/ and

                                    /Users/<username>/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Animate/<version>/)

In addition to what Kglad said, I suggest updating the graphic drivers on  your device by visiting the manufacturer's site. Let us know if you still need help.

Brush size is not increased

are you using a drawing tablet or mouse?
